2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to request a quote or use the client/agent portals. You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent information; use the Site to harvest data about other users; attempt to interfere with the Site's security or normal operation; or use the referral program to submit contacts without their knowledge or permission.

3. No Guarantee of Coverage, Pricing, or Approval

Any premium ranges, savings estimates, or plan comparisons shown on the Site (including the savings calculator) are directional estimates only, based on the information you provide, and are not binding quotes. Final pricing, plan availability, and approval are determined by the insurance carrier through underwriting and are subject to change. Coverage is not in effect until an application is approved and accepted by the applicable carrier.

4. Consent to Contact

By submitting a form with your phone number, you expressly consent to be contacted by us about insurance products by phone, text/SMS, and email, including by automatic dialing or prerecorded message technology where applicable, even if your number is listed on a Do-Not-Call registry. 5. Client & Agent Portals

The portals use passwordless, one-time email sign-in links. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you. Referrals submitted through the client portal are shared with our licensed advisors to follow up with the referred contact.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling and a Google Maps embed for our office location. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites or services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's text, design, graphics, and logo are owned by or licensed to Cohen Nationwide Health Insurance Advisory and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our permission, except for normal personal, non-commercial use of the Site (e.g., viewing pages, printing a quote summary for your own records).
